Candidates will be selected using a number of reputable online search methods in conjunction with carefully selected press advertising campaigns in line with your agreed budget.

Candidates will be filtered using a Q+A tailored to your needs and designed to provide full guidance to answering key questions relating to the role. We also offer numeracy, literacy and other candidate test methods as required.

interview process

Only key candidates displaying a suitable level of competence in terms of "fit" to a client brief will be selected for first interview by beeyou. Only those candidates that have undergone a face-to-face interview with a beeyou representative will be put forward for a further full interview with clients saving valuable time and resources.

the right "fit"

Getting the right "fit" is of paramount importance in candidate selelction for both clients and candidates alike. All candidates will be scored following the beeyou interview to ensure that the candidate-to-client "fit" is above our acceptance level of 80%.

Any candidates scoring lower than this percentage will no longer be progressed in the application process. This method ensures a more focussed approach to optimising on candidate quality, leading to your internal interview process.

All candidates will be introduced to you with our detailed Candidate Information Pack. This captures all of the results from our initial interview along with all relevant key information regarding the candidate's background.

The foundation of the content of the Candidate Information Pack wil be:

  • Candidate presentation sheet
  • Candidate CV
  • Supporting qualification documents
  • Confirmation of eligibility to work in the UK
  • Geographic location in relation to client business
  • Interview score sheet and test information
